Born into a family who has run their own hospitality business for over a century (Termes Victòria Spa), I was lucky enough to work for more than 13 years at one of the world’s largest snacks companies, Mondelēz International (FMCG), moving between countries and departments (Factory, Supply Chain, Consulting, Sales, Trade-Marketing), and launching multiple HR projects that earned me the most significant award of my career, the Growing People Globe Award: among more than 6,000 employees, I was recognised as the one who contributed the most to personal growth.
At that very moment, I realized I needed to change my career path to find my way to fulfillment, and I accepted that challenge! I overcame my fears and insecurities in order to do what really moves me: accompanying people and organizations to shine with their own light, one that makes them unique and special. I help them to discover their potential and maximize it. My commitment is to make them spread that light to more and more people around them, creating organizations that have a positive impact on their environment.
